Privacy Policy

Last updated: [Month] 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PayCore360 ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards personal information when you visit this website or interact with us. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

This document is provided as a starting template and should be reviewed and adapted to your business and jurisdiction with qualified legal counsel before publication.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you submit via our contact form: your name, work email, company, phone number, what you need, estimated monthly volume, and the contents of your message.
  • Correspondence: any information you provide when you email or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Technical and usage data: basic information your browser sends automatically, such as device, browser type, and general analytics, where applicable.

3. How we use contact-form data

We use the information you submit through our contact form to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information you requested.
  • Follow up with sales or product information relevant to your request.
  • Maintain records of our communications with you.

We do not sell the personal information you submit through the contact form.

4. Payment data & tokenization

Payment processing on PayCore360 uses tokenization. When a card or bank account is entered, the sensitive details are exchanged for a token, so raw card numbers and full bank-account numbers are not stored by us. Payment method data is tokenized and handled through our payment processing systems, which use the token in place of the underlying numbers to charge, settle, and reconcile.

We may retain limited, non-sensitive details associated with a payment method, such as a card brand, the last few digits, or an expiration month, to help you recognize a saved method and to support normal payment operations.

Payment methods are tokenized; we do not store raw card or bank-account numbers. Card data is processed on PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment infrastructure operated by our licensed payment partners, ACH transfers are processed under Nacha operating rules, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Businesses are verified at onboarding, including sanctions (OFAC) screening.

5. Cookies & local storage

This website stores a small theme preference (light or dark mode) in your browser's localStorage under the key pc360-theme, so the site remembers your chosen appearance between visits. This preference stays on your device and is not transmitted to us as personal data.

If we introduce cookies or similar technologies for analytics or other purposes in the future, this section will be updated to describe them and any choices available to you.

6. Third parties & service providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate this website and process payments, for example, providers of website hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your rights: GDPR & CCPA

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of certain processing, including marketing communications and any sale or sharing of personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to your inquiry, processing payments, and maintaining business records, or as required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through the site or by other appropriate means. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
